sometimes - and this happens only rarely - you can sum up an album in one word. 'open sesame': beautiful.
the songs are personal, the arrangements are understated and abby dobson's vocals are frail and powerful in the same breath. i wanted to listen right to the end to make sure she was going to be ok. great.
